The blind audition video not only pays tribute to coaches past - the song is Christina Aguilera's "What a Girl Wants" - but also showcases new judges Usher and Shakira in action as they battle Adam Levine and Blake Shelton to build their team and come out on top.

The Voice Season 19 premiered its first blind audition, though there were some notable changes from last season. Due to COVID-19 protocols, there were no hugs from the judges, t-shirt cannons, cardboard cutouts, and no in-studio audience or family to cheer on competitors as they auditioned.
